Friend is looking for a new pair of headphones and I'd love your recommendations. Wants some isolation but more importantly, bass emphasis. She listens to electronic mostly. They'll be taken on the go in a backpack, so something durable hopefully. Budget is $100.

You should consider the Takstar Pro 80

 

 
Gemini HSR-1000 is the same headphone, often cheaper but no case included.

The Tacstar 80s seem easier to find than the UE-6000s, is there a particular seller I should look for? They all seem to come out of Hong Kong on eBay.

Any more headphone recommendations?

I wouldn't call Takstar Pro80 bass heavy. Takstar HD6000 is.
Sony XB950AP perhaps? I had mine (certified refurbished) for 60$. Head shaking bass, inline microphone, quite stylish. Only suits for EDM though.
