IEMs, expeccially with foam tips like Shure SE215/SE315 give much better sound isolation (even without any music playing I hardly hear what people are saying in the same room).
The difference between HD380 or BT660 or any other non IEMs won't be that immence.

But after Stax 507 or HD800 I hate listening to classical music on my SE215 at home (for sound quality reasons they are usable for me only on the way).
This week I will get myself a pair of DT660 for use at home in non ideally quiet conditions - you can PM me by the end of the week if you want a comparison in sound isolation with SE215 and Mr.speakers Alpha dogs (I don't have HD380s)
