I don't watch many music DVDs, though my favorite is:

Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble - Live at the El Mocambo

It should be mandatory viewing for aspiring blues/rock guitarists (IMO, of course).

For any of you that are interested in Audio engineering history, Tom Dowd was the man... and this is an awesome biography, that includes the mixing of Layla by Derek and the Dominos and other studio appearances by John Coltrane, Otis Redding, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers etc.. some of you may find this time well spent. Lots of great music.
