JVC HP-DX700 - rocking headphone with awesome impact!
I've only heard the RX700 but was pretty impressed for only $35.

DX3 are the most neutral and most musical of the three I have, which include modded RX900 (bass monsters but exciting) and DX1 (bright and fun but needed EQing to overcome hot top end and lack of bass). The DX3 were also the cheapest at $40

I think I only have heard one pair of JVC's, HP-DX1000. Nice cans.
