I currently have some Sony MDR-EX57. They don't do the job well enought for me.

Hf3/5 can sometimes be found under 100. Etys are great, but know what you're getting...analytical, clean, balanced (bass light to some), ..great for acoustic instruments, rock etc. If you're more into electronic or something that needs more thump - get something different.

He means you don't need new headphones for "best isolation", you just need new ear tips. Try comply foam.

I think Sony Hybrids isolate great, I used to use them with my Jays Q-Jays (sold) and I couldn't hear any noise from outside..

They are under $100 if you buy them on Amazon, though. Yeah, the Sony EX hybrids isolates pretty well. Which is also the stock tips on your Sonys.

Ety MC5, plus it sounds really good, I need to EQ or boost the bass a little bit tho. but isolation, build quality and midrange is pretty unique for the price they go

Imo the Sony EX hybrid tips don't isolate well. Some double or triple flange tips would probably isolate better.
