Hello everyone, I'm looking for a pair of closed cans tha can isolate the most (passively) with the least compromise of sound quality.

Atm I own an LCD-2 closed back, and while they sound great, they don't have the isolation I currently need.

Reading around I've come across a few contestants:

Shure SRH1540
DCA Aeon Flow closed RT
Beyerdynamic DT 1770/177X

I should also probably add, that the sound signature I'm looking for is slightly warm/neutral, with huge soundstage if possible, thanks and best regards!

I've seen the drop and the rt version of the aeon flow closed, is there any substantial differences between them?

I have not heard of any actual sound differences between them, so no. However, the pads will flake over usage, so get these sheepskin ear pads as well:

Would you say sheepskin isolates significantly better than pleather? Because their price alone makes them quite the investment

I think that comfort and durability alone makes them worth the investment, especially if you are going to use them almost every day.
