I have an Ipad, a Fiio E7 and the apple camera kit.
 
I use this setup to play 24/96 Flac files though my headphones(B&W P3).
I use FlacPlayer app and store a limited amount of Flac files on the Ipad as this app does not allow streaming from my NAS.
 
I also have an Iphone 4s 16gb and I recently found that the CCK now works with Iphones
It Didnt before IOS7.
 
I would really like to stream Flac files from my NAS using the Iphone and CCK.
 
I cannot seem to find an app which will preserve the Bit steam of 24/96khz.
One app Creation 5 says it does this but before shelling out hard cash I would like to find a definitive answer.
 
Most of the apps I find downsample the files before outputting via headphone socket or line out 30pin socket.
 
Has anyone come across a suitable app.

Sub'd...am looking for a similar solution. Had thought Flacplayer was able to do so, as it is described being able to wirelessly load music using sftp from any Mac or NAS running openSSH

That's awesome! But it still doesn't look like there's capability to stream wirelessly, a pity though

How are hi-rez files loaded on to an iPad?

The way I did it; Use the FLAC Player app, have your device connected to your computer, open iTunes, click on the app, inside iTunes, then direct the app to your music folder, then check the boxes of the desired song.
