I leave it streaming all day long through an older Samsung netbook.  Fridays are a real treat with Peter O'Tooles live show from the UK, where the weeks featured artists will log into the chat room and you can ask the band members questions.
 
Thursdays are throwback thursdays and Wednesdays feature show "When Prog and power Unite" focuses on progressive metal... awesome stuff.
 
Its a compressed stream (like all of them) though so gear-DOWN accordingly, and just enjoy the tunes... LOL
