Well, i listen to drum n bass music (what's that? some of you may ask) Possibly the genre of music with the lowest frequency basslines you'll hear. Anyway i need an excellent pair of in ear earbuds for use my my portable music device.
So ideally i want superb sound quality but with excellent bass response too.

I've been looking at the Etymotic ER-6i's and the Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 vi earbuds, but read mixed reviews on them both concerning bass output.

I have around £100 to spend, i don't like them ones that you have to wrap around your ear either.

Thank you in advance.

Check out the Monster Turbine. Listening to some DnB with them now and they sound great.

Radius DDM is about best you can get in your price range for the music you listen to.

Those are the ones I was talking about. Surely you can find them cheaper if you look around a bit though. I got lucky and got mine for $26 on ebay.

Although I can't get onto the British Amazon site, the American one sells regular turbines for about $110, so Britain couldn't sell it for that much more...Also they're on FS threads for like $70 on this site from time to time.  I give my recommendation to the turbines.

Here's an Amazon UK listing that has them for £40. The other listing on there has them for £90.

As well as amazon selling stuff themselves they also let other companies sell thru their site, Them at £40 are sold by a 3rd party, and in my experience they are usually fakes, if the price is too good to be true it usually is. Never seen turbines under 100

Well here in the US, I know the Monster Warehouse sells refurb Turbines for $50
Not sure if it applies to the UK, might help

Read plenty of reviews for both. I don't know what the vanilla Turbines are like, but the Coppers are great for DnB. The Atrios will probably sound more balanced than the Turbines which you may not like, but the bass quality and extension are excellent.
