I am in the market for a new pair of IEMs after my Audio Technica CKS-99i's gave up. After trawling through the forums I have decided to make a post seeing if anyone can help me out.
The 2 main genres I lean towards are heavy, bassy dubstep, and alternative (conflicting I know) and i was wondering if there was any IEMs that would outclass the CKS-99i's in this price range.
I know this is picky but I am not looking at over the ears, as the wire rubs against my glasses and is just generally a discomfort to me. Another minor bug to me is durability, although i do not crave it, I don't really want a flimsy wrie that will give out on me, such as my previous pair.
I have very little knowledge of what is 'hot' and what is 'not' and don't want to make a mistake with my money. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
