My current earbuds V-Moda Bass just broke and I really need some replacements. I'm going to use them with my Ipod Classic 80GB and with FiiO 5.

I love the bass of my old V-modas. So I was thinking of buying the V-moda Vibes are those any good?

My music is ripped in Mp3 192 VBR 44.100 KHZ Encoded with Lame. If that makes a diffrence in which ones to get.

Thanks for the help.

If you look around on the web, you'll find Denon AH-C700s or AH-C751s for around $100. You can't beat the build quality and the sound is fantastic, especially the bass. The only difference between the 700s and the 751s is the latter has a shorter cable but comes with an extension and it also has a case.

I looked at those too, how's the bass on them? Where can I purchase them. I tried looking at Amazon but they didn't have any.

Bass is good, both punchy and detailed. There's very little muddiness AND (this being the main benifit for me) as they're designed with an iPhone in mind they can be driven easily without an amp.

I've been really impressed - out of the box they surprised me.

from what I've heard, ill x4 the NuForce; you won't be dissapointed, people claim they're worth atleast 3x their price. A superb option for a tight budget.
