I think there is no one IEM that everyone will love universally at that price range. One man's meat is another man's poison. It also comes down to:
- each person's sonic preference eg do they like V shaped, neutral, basshead, treblehead, midcentric sets ?
- does the inidividual only listen to certain music genres? Some IEMs (and driver types) do better in certain genres in the areas of timbre, tonality and technical performance. Some ace certain areas but are weak in others and vice versa.
- what is the individual's source? Eg KBEAR BElieve is quite difficult to drive and doesn't sound good from a lower powered smartphone, but scales magnificently with amping.
- hearing health of the individual - with age related or leisure/occupational hearing loss, some might perceive the treble a lot different from someone else.
