I need an IEM that has good isolation, comfort, little to no microphonics, and good sound along with good bass under $100

If you can score them a little cheaper (They retail right at $100), I think the Hifiman re400 would fit the bill pretty well.

HiFiMAN RE-400 are great but if you are looking for good bass Shure 215 will be better choice.

SE115. Back a generation, but same driver and fits much better than the SE215 (uncomfy!)

Hi,
If you want powerful bass but still very good sound quality, you should consider Yamaha EPH-100. They aren't probably the most comfortable IEMs ever made, but still comfortable to my ears. They include 5 different sized earpads and a carrying case.
