Hi...
Trying to decide on an IEM.
First, my setup:
For portable use, I have two setups. One is an iPod classic 5th gen 120gb with a Fiio E11. The second is an iPod classic 7th gen 160gb and a Fostex HP-P1.
For my desk setup I use my Macbook Pro, Audirvana software and Fiio E17.
Looking for an IEM mostly for portable use, but that can also be enjoyed at the desk.
I listen to pretty much anything and everything.
For current pop songs, to classic rock, some jazz, some r&b and hip-hop, movie soundtracks... My genre is pretty varied, so I am searching for a versataile IEM.
This week I listened to:
- Joy DIvision
- Bonnie Tyler
- Bon Jovi
- Aerosmith
- Metallica
- Guns n Roses
- Lorde
- One Republic
- Laura Pausini
- Hanns Zimmer
- etc...
I like some bass presence and Vocal are important on some genres, while guittars and drums are important in others.
There are just sooo many IEMs out there, that I really don't know what to choose...
Can you help me out here?
Thanks.
CHeers!
