Final Audio Pandora IV - about $400 - I'm in the UK and can't be bothered to check the US prices! Currently trying these with Cash Money & Marvelous old skool rap - nice! Soundstage, isolation, a bit of sub bass but tight into the mids - lovely.
 
Beyerdynamic T70p - This might be worth a look, bass is tighter and these are more forward/brighter I'd say. About $400 ish.

would you say that the T70p is an upgrade to the DENON d600?

I have to admit I have not tried the Denon model - my impression (just from reading others' opinions) is that the T70p has the brightness where the Denon has the bass and you'll swap one for the other.
 
I'd also say that it might be better to create a new thread detailing your own particular tastes and uses rather than resurrect this old one.
