This is the mic I would recommend: http://www.modmic.com/collections/modmic?view=list&sort_by=best-selling

DT770 are fine if you like treble. Otherwise I'd go DT150. I would actually recommend DT150 but some people just loves treble :)

Check massdrop for modmic, it's cheaper there I think.

DT150: http://www.thomann.de/intl/search_dir.html?bf=&sw=dt150

DT770: http://www.thomann.de/intl/search_dir.html?bf=&sw=dt770

Note they require amplifier but since your budget is €300 it should be fine.

Would the Oppo HA-2 run them? Should i get the 80 or 250 ohm version?

The 250 ohm are the better of the two, but I don't know the Oppo HA-2. Hopefully someone else can chime in and provide an answer for that. I've heard that it's a bit bright so I don't imagine it's gonna pair well with DT770. DT770 has elevated bass and treble with recessed midrange whereas DT150 is more neutral.

Oppo will run them, but you may want a separate desktop solution for desktop use

other headphones to maybe consider would be Fostex Mk III they offer a closed and semi open version and can get had fairly easily from amazon so you can try them both out.
