My nephew wants to buy a Steelseries Arctis 3 (2019 Edition) White . I find 70 euro's for a gaming headset rather expensive personally. I used to get one for 35 euro.
Im not sure on if there are that much sonical differences for gaming headsets. But usually it also includes a mic in a all in one package. Which is just easy for the kid.
Is anyone aware of a really good gaming headset?

And if asking for the best headphone under 100 euro for gaming, what would you say?

What system: Xbox, PC, or PlayStation? Of course please list others.

I really like the TBI Pro V8.
You should find them easily on Amazon for under $60 USD.

Here are some pics including some extra heat shrink I recommend placing on the jack plug end in order to prevent early wear and tear.

The latest version might have a different color scheme.

It is for PC. Would you agree sonically gaming headset, it doesn't matter what you buy or?
Also yours has 3D Surround Sound.(many do in fact) I think this isn't preferable, since opinion is usually it is bad from what I read.
Besides that headphone is not available for order in the EU.
Only US..

Can anybody say if there are good "Gaming" (with microphone) headphones comparable in sound quality with "normal" music headphones? E.g. like Audio Technica ATH-AVA400.
I tried e.g. Sennheiser gaming headsets in prices around 300-400$ and the sound was crap...

I would go with something from Logitech if you're after a gaming headset specifically. The G533 is on sale on their website for me.

I would recommend headphones more personally though because gaming headsets usually emphasize certain ranges to make things like footsteps easier to pick out, but any other kind of media suffers from those audio tweaks. In terms of headphones, the Philips SHP9500 headphones come very highly recommended as a pair that punch far above their weight class. To make them more suited for gaming, you can get a modmic that plugs into the 3.5mm jack on the headphones themselves, or one that attaches to the side with a magnet.
