Hi:
I am a complete rookie and just put together my first rig. Modified ipod Apple Lossless to LD Mark III to Ultrsaone HFi 700's. I was searching for a stunning audio experience and I am very happy so far.
My question is what setting on the gain/sensitivity DIP switches do you all recommend and what would be the differences in listening experience. Right now I am using the "4" setting.
This forum has been great. I got the ipod in the classifieds and found out about the amp here as well and the Little Dot rep was very prompt and professional with well packaged goods that performed perfectly. I also got the phone reccomendations from this forum and what I really like is I seem to have remarkable clarity without needing high dB's and hence seems like less of a threat to the hair cells of my inner ear.
