Can all of these sites be used to link photo's in forums and ebay auctions?

Any bandwidth limits?

actually... hrmmmm... head-fi has photo galleries for contributing members... hrmmmm...

just $15 per year - think about it! ~4cents a day for unlimited photo bandwidth!
