I got three that i'm looking at as of now. If any of these, or any other headphones are good for EDM in the price range of 300 - 400$ please let me know i'm saving up! 
 
I do own a headphone amplifier that is around 200$

I don't really want to get the HI FI's since they are going a little out of my price range but if they are the best for EDM then I will try.
If there is any others better than one of these three please recommend it, thanks.

Personally I would use Denon 2000s or 5000s, but as those are easy to find at a good price anymore, I would say the HE-400 works very well.

You could also take a look at the Beyerdynamic DT1350 (quite neutral with impressive but not bloated subbass), the V-MODA M-100 (nice basshead-can) or the AIAIAI TMA-1 Studio Young Guru Edition (also a bit V-shaped with hard hitting bass).
 
If prtability is not your primary concern the BEyerdynamic DT770 might be worth a look as well, eitehr the 32Ohm version or the 80Ohm version which is said to be quite a basshead-can.

V-Moda M100. They are excellent for EDM.
