I travel about 2 hours in the bus and end up having to take a lot of calls while in transit. 
 
Can you please suggest best IEM or OEM's with microphone which can reduce the transit noises the most ? I worry less for the sound quality of the earphones as much as that when I am on a call the background noises of transit should be limited. 
 
I read that some of the plantronics and Jabra bluetooth devices have 3 mics and claim to cancel background noises. Should I invest in them or are there cheaper alternatives ?

Yes. There are bluetooth cell phone devices which have noise cancellation. My guess is that they would be far better than what you would find on IEMs.
