Best earphones $50 or under?

If you're looking for earphones that provide isolation you're looking into IEMs. I think you can get a Sony MDR-EX81 for $50. It's pretty decent for it's price. Head over to http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/rev...arphones-ipod/ to check out the review of it. If you have any other questions about em, feel free to ask because I own one pair of em

I have the Panasonic HJE50, they are pretty good, but from what I've read on this forum, maybe the Sharp MD33(or Creative version) might be better.
It also seems like Sony E888 are a good choice for earbuds, but I don't know if they are less than $50

the sony ex71's are nice. They have really strong bass though.

Well, OP is looking for something that isolates from ambient noise.

Best noise isolation under $50 is found on the AKG K 26 P for full size, or Sony ex71/ex81 or Sharp MD33/Senn CX 300.

Im for the Senn 201 or 212 Pro, the px100 are open and allow everything in (not good at isolation) they sound very nice tho for that price point.

The people who said EX71/81 sounded good... I hate you for saying that.

The Panasonic HJE-50 is MUCH better. The EX51/71/81 sounds like garbage compared to those.

Go for the Creative EP-630 or Sharp MD-33S (four pole will annoy you unless you like long extension cords haing out or if you have the 50cm sony extension cord) like someone else mentioned.
They sound AWESOME, some even saying they surpass the sounds of Shure E2/3's.

They're all the same, no? xD Funny. I think the Sennheiser versions are the most expensive and the Edifier being the cheapest. Too bad I can't find them.
