As far as metal drummers go, Danny Walker of Intronaut has to be my current favourite, his style is so dynamic and colourful, epsecially when paired with bassist Joe Lester:

My favorites are definitely Joe Morello, Barrie Barlow, and my old teacher, Brian Sullivan.  Brian is by the far the best drummer I've ever seen in person.  Here's the only video I found of him:
