Between 332 and 337, you may not find the value jump worthy. Depends alot on what phones you are driving too. I think for many cans, 332 is sufficient.

The size and weight of 337 drove me buy it, even before the sound signature does. 337 is physically impressive.

The 3322 is better, not "night and day" better, but it is noticeably better, a definate improvement upon the 332: it improves upon the 332 especially in its soundstaging, which is wider and deeper, the degree of detail retrieval, and the bass which is not that much deeper but is better defined. At this level of amp, I have rarely experienced "night and day" differences, but you do get audible improvements which to an untutored ear might sound subtle but to the audiophile warrant to price rise. The increase in price of the 3322 over the 332 is a considerable one - about £80 in my case - but I think it is worth it.

Can't comment if the 3322 is better than the 337. Perhaps in the future someone can evaluate the two. But I can say it is the best DV amp I've heard.

I've owned both the Darkvoice 336i and the 332 - each with upgraded tubes. IMHO the 332 is a better amp and worth the few extra dollars. The 336i is also a great amp and I would not hesitate to recommend it... but the the difference between the two is easily discernible.
