Best DAC/amp under $300

Hello.
 
I'm willing to get a new DAC/amp and wanted to know what are the best options in the price range.
 
It needs to have an SPDIF input since i'll hook it with my soundcard.
 
It doesn't need to be portable, since it will probably spend most of the time on my computer desk, and also because i already have an E11 for that purpose.
 
I'm accepting suggestions up to $100 more than the price range i mentioned, as long as it is really worth the money difference.

Why not consider the Schiit Magni/Modi combo and just use USB out? Is there something that is constraining you to use your SPDIF out from the sound card?

Yes. I want to use my soundcard features for gaming purposes, that's why i need the spdif input.
 
I already considered the M&M, but the lack of spdif has hold me back.
 
I'm leaning towards the E17+E09 combo right now. Just wanted to know if there are other alternatives.
 
I was considering getting the Yulong D100 too, but in that price range i really don't know what are the best options.
