I'm not a fan of breakout cables. For one the ones you get bundled in with the card aren't usually that great, so you have to buy a good 3rd party one.
Plus no matter how good the replacement might be, its an extra connection. My Juli@ with RCAs on the card has an unbeatable breakout cable....thin-air. Free too.
