Best comfortable circumaurals for home/computer use <$65

Looking for some headphones for a friend of mine.
He will mostly use them at home and isolation is not very important at all.
Comfort and SQ though considered as priority. Either closed or open design will do but preferably circumaurals would be more welcome

Music preferences - most gendres but more towards rock then electronica
Sound signature preferences - unknown
Budget limit $65

I'm definitely no expert, but after reading this site and another these JVC HA RX900s seem to be very good from a price to performance standpoint so I picked up a pair for computer use (music, movies and gaming), they sound good and are only $55 shipped, I think Amazon or Buy has them for the same price, I just prefer Newegg...

Look at the rx700. most prefer them more.
