ATH-FC700A from Amazon for $50 shipped fits your criteria. As uncomfortable as any other supra-aural portable I have tried though. Great SQ for the price. Decent isolation and leakagelessness.

I was all set to try the Soundmagic P10's until I saw a pair of HD25-1's for sale for right around $100. So far, best $100 I have spent in my life. I am so pleased with their comfort and sound.

Of course it was about $75 more than I had intended to spend, but that is the Headfi effect for you.

Hope you enjoy your new headphones. I am having a ball here and I have only just taken my first baby step.
