I am looking for a new headphone to replace my fostex th7bb. I mostly listen to folk/acoustic music such as ray lamontagne, mumford and sons, ed sheeran , john mayer, etc. Since I would like to use it outside, I would like the headphone to not leak too much sound and the cable shouldn't be too long as well. I am currently looking at the NAD viso HP50 and the Audio Technica MS7. I would really appreciate your input on the two models above or if you have any other headphones that would suit my preferences better. Thanks

I highly recommend the HP50's in this price range, I find that they work very well for this type of music

Check out the V-Moda M100s with the XL pads. More comfy, much better built, easier to carry around (in its small carrying case). The sound is also good IMO, its fairly bassy and lively and fun. Did noy like the build of the HP50, and the fit was so-so for me. The M100 are around 300 for the headphone and the pads.
