Thanks For The Suggestion Roma101, I Read About The Cans You Mentioned...I Found Out That Creative Aurvana Live Doesn't Cover The Whole Ear And They Sit On Ears The Whole Time Making Ears Hot And Sweaty And Also They Are Unable To Handle Sound At Full Volume And I Listen Songs At Full Volume.....
And As Far Fostex T50RP Is Concerned They Doesn't Come In Budget Bracket

Thanks t0wer,From The Chart It Seems Like Sennheiser HD 439 Are Unstable At High Frequencies while Shurr SRH 440 Are Unstable At Low Frequencies....If I'm Not Wrong.....!!!

ah, yeah in that case you should definitely go with something more balanced. And if the previously recommended 440 are anything like the 840 they ought be fantastic in that sense.
