^ her Mozart K310 on that set is sublime.  As are the Brahms Violin Sonatas with Augustin Dumay  Can't believe she's in her 70's now.

^ Yes, her D. 960 is quite good, as are her Mozzie sonatas solo. On par with even Uchida and Klien, imo. Uchida has done some very good Schubert solos, in a Decca box set.

Listening to piano concertos of Beethoven, Abbado/pollini i think on the DG beethoven complte edition

  Mozart's Violin Ctos. Who's better, Mutter or Arabella Steinbacher? I have Mutter (BPO and LPO). Haven't heard Arabella S. yet.

  Personally I prefer Mutter's Mozart by a longshot.. watch some youtubes and see 4 yourself

I like her a lot too. I have her DVD set of Mozzie's Ctos, with her conducting the Salzburg Mozarteum Camerata, standing up. Gorgeous, in more ways than one heh

Arabella ain't too bad, but I haven't really heard her at all on disc. Just excerpts on websites like this:
