I've read some reviews for amps,and i guess most show the rsa predator as a solid option for Shure.Shall I definitely go for that or are there better options to consider as well?

I don't care about it being portable or wall,as i mostly want it for home equipment,preferably hooking it up to my computer via usb or spdif and having a headphone outup for my shure.

Are these any good?

Would you care to elaborate?Also as i said i don't necessarily need it to be portable,wall would do just fine if i can get better results.

PICO w/DAC.

It has (1) proven sound quality (2) a gain switch that is critical for E500/530 which is extremely efficient. (3) can be used for full size cans as well.

I see that you both agrees on pico.Compared to other amps what more has it got to offer?

For example rsa products are also proven to have excellent quality,and i guess they have gain switches as well.

So what's so special about this?
