Vsonic are a budget alternative. I can really talk about build quality or sound whatsoever because I never had one, but they are praised around here. Although some argue that is was merely luck designing drivers, they have established a market with a decent line of products. Apparently they will introduce new IEMs in Jan2014 if you're interested.
