I am looking for basshead iems for under 100$ for rap, hip hop and techno music and want your help because there are many brands and models out there. what would you recommend me?

How much bass are we talking? The Sony MDR-XB90 or XB70 are very bass heavy.

Like Chancho said, consider the Sony XB90EX sold in Japan, around $70

If you're still looking for a pair the JBL Synchros Reflect have some pretty strong bass. The little magnets on each bud that clip together to keep them from tangling is a nice touch too.
