Although I do love bass I also love other genres but what I manly listen for are drums bass and vocals, I listen to rap mostly please help me out. I don't know much about sound specifics sorry.

Hippo VB would be good for you. According to many people the bass extends pretty low and very good in quality. Just check it out in jokers comparison list.

The V-Moda M80 are best for portable use if need bass and very detailed soundquality but few other headphones like Klipscvh Image ONE, Sony XB series, Panasonic on ear and JVC onear pretty good sounding with good punchy bass.

I have been thinking about the m80 but I'm weary about wether or not they're comfortable I have below average size ears ( pretty small)

Say no more. The m-80's will be fine for you since you say you have small-ish ears. 
You could go with iem's as well, though I would avoid the xb60ex and xb90ex which have been touted as good basshead iem's lately. They sound really harsh in the upper mid region.

I have soundmagic HP100s and I love them to death. Lots of sub bass, super comfy, and nuetral enough that it works for most genres except classical.

Cool thanks I have a pair of Atrio m5 and love them to death however I want an over ear pair so I want a pair that's like the m5 or sounds like the m5 ( the sound signature) but is over ear. Just if you can help plz
