I need some IEM headphones for work. Its a very loud work environment, currently we are required to use nrr 32 earplugs, and this is a very comfortable noise reduction level. I need some IEM headphones that actually reduce noise well, somewhere in the ball park of about 25-30 nrr. Im guessing some iems with foam tips would work best, as they are closest to the actual earplugs, maybe some tri-flanges. Can someone recommend the best bang for buck with the above description. Thank you very much!

ps. alien doesn't have ears :p

from alien ears website about their plugs:

A unique feature is that we machine and mount a custom seat for the filter into the earplugs. Other manufacturers skip this extra step and their customers suffer with lost filters.

Our musicians earplugs come with a warranty for fit and one year warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
These high quality soft vinyl earplugs come in their own padded pocket carrying case.
The filters are manufactured by Etymotic research and come in 9, 15 and 25 dB attenuation versions.
