Head-Direct EF1 is a pretty good choice for HD650. You should be able to find one used in that price range.

Aren't EF1's usually ~$325?
Well no matter, any hybrid you buy will be IMO worth the extra coin.
This goes for Millet MiniMax and SOHA2 as well.
