What is the best/most common/most loved, and known portable amp to work excellent with the Sennheiser HD-650 headphones? I am not giving a budget because I don't think it is necessary for this request... most common.

The most common sense answer would be that portable amps don't work excellently with HD650.....

Why portable? There's no portable amp that can drive the HD650 to its full potential.
I've heard many said that their Pico,iQube and LISA can drive the HD650. Who knows?

You can drive the HD650 with a Ray Samuels, Corda, iBasso and other portables. No questions. If you really want to drive these phones to their highest potential, consider an amp that is AC powered that can provide the highest amount of current. I am partial to anything Woo Audio, but there are plenty of tube and solid state options.
