I bought the DT770's because the M50x got uncomfortable quickly and it had no soundstage. The beyers are better in everyway except they dont have as good a mid bass thump like the M50x, they sound almost lifeless in some songs. Im using them without an AMP, is there one that can bring out their bass and more thump or am I out of luck?

Good amps are transparent, accurate. They should not add bass, unless they have a bass boost switch that you can switch on. If you want some bass boost, how about the Fiio A3?

I feel the bass on these are quiet though, people say that the bass on these are loud but mine are low. So Im thinking I need to amp them, maybe a Fiio E07k?
