I just recently bought the Sennheiser HD 800 S. I currently use them with my Chord Mojo with a 6.3mm to 3.5mm jack converter but this way I don't think I'm using the full potential of the headphones. I'd like to upgrade from the Mojo. Any suggestions?

My budget is $2500 and I'd like a DAC which also works as an Amp. I don't want to buy them separately.

Violectric HPA200 with 24/192 XMOS DAC. it will save you money, have more power than the 800S's need and comes with a great sounding DAC.
Alternatively you can buy what im going to buy soon. RME ADI-2 DAC. great power, clean amp and perfectly setup DAC that lets you hear the headphones true sound by never altering it. (although you can with onboard EQ).
