Hello, fellow music listeners!

I'm something of a noob when it comes to music (other than electronic), so I would like to get some albums of all genres. And you're going to help me.

I already have several electronic albums (Alive 2007, Electric Daisy Carnival Vol. 1, Loose Dirt, The Nth, and others...) and all of the OK Go albums (lol), and so I don't need any electronic or alternative suggestions...

I also have The Beatles 1, but would still like suggestions of some classic rock albums. I like Bohemian Rhapsody, FWIW.

So give me a suggestion for an album that is probably the best representation, and just plain best album, of a genre, such as metal, pop, rock and jazz.

Except country, I don't think I would like country.

Also, try to recommend compilation albums. Thanks!

Jazz (Miles Davis' 'Kind of Blue')

That should be a good start. :D
