Best 70€ headphones that are closed back and with good bass?

Hello, world!
I have 70€ to spend on a pair of cans, and here are my "criteria" :
  1. Closed back
  2. Little sound leakage
  3. Balanced sound w/ good mids
  4. B A S S

Yup! That is it. I already have a few options, here they are:
  1. Beyerdynamic DT-240 Pro
  2. Sennheiser HD 559
  3. Sennheiser HD 400S
If yall have more suggestions, please tell me!

Might be a stretch,but if you can find a used pair of HD250s used,snap 'em up.
