Hello all!
I'm currently looking for a pair of headphones in the $400 range. I currently just have the Sennheiser HD 448, and it's been serving me well, but I'm looking for possible future prospects for a more luxurious, higher-end headphone. I'm currently looking at the following:
Sennheiser HD8 DJ
Yamaha PRO 500
B&O Beoplay H6
B&W P7
I'm looking for:
- use across most all genres (EDM, House, Alternative, Pop, Classical)
- great passive noise isolation (I don't like active cancellation; messes with the sound signature)
- good, expansive 3D soundstage (I know that it's hard to get this in a closed-back headphone, but isolation is important too!)
- comfort (nothing too heavy like the PSU II's)
If anyone can give me a suggestion amongst any of the four I've listed or have a better suggestion, please post down below! Thanks!
