I got my H6 Gen 2 for a few weeks ago. Great headphones, until  now.. Only sound from one ear! The problem come after I removed the cord for 10 seconds. It comes sound from both earpads, but not at the same time. It depends on how deep I have the cable into the jack, if its all the way in only one side give sounds, if I pull it out the other side give sound..
 
Any idea whats wrong?

Haha. No idea if this is common knowledge, or its just me that is stupid.
 
I reversed the cable. The controller-thingie on the cable was nearest the sound source, now its nearest the headphone like it should be. Should this really matter?

I did the same thing...I was ready to return them and felt really dumb after switching the cable around.  I don't know why it would matter other than they are slightly different sizes and one end can actually plug in further to the ear cup - i.e. it's meant to fit in that hole.
