Has anyone been to any of their stops on their new tour? They are playing with the New Pornographers in San Francisco in week and half. I was wondering if anybody saw them and what they thought.

I would have to pay a lot for the ticket (cause I am an idiot and they sold out). But they are two of my fave bands and I dont know if I will get an oppurtunity again.

If anybody in the SF, Berkeley, Bay Area is interested in going PM me. Its cheaper on EBAY to bid on two tickets (two for 100 vs one for 65).

I heard their gig in NYC went over really well, especially that new Suki song. The buzz was so big my wife actually heard about it at work and came home and asked me for a playlist. I scrounged one up that wasn't too twee, and now she's hooked. Here's the list I put together-

A friend of mine went to the one in Toronto. He's a big fan, so of course, he loved it but the venue was TERRIBLE.

The New Pornographers are awesome too and he said if the venue was at not the Docks he would have totally enjoyed it. I thnk if you're willing to pay, and you love them both too, you'll enjoy it.

Also, apparently, both bands played a great mix of new and old songs.
