Hi,
I recently had my Behringer C-3 Microphone connected to the M-Audio: Audio Buddy which gives phantom power for the mic.
Well after some years the M-Audio: Audio Buddy developed a really bad buzz and needed replacing.
Off I went to try and find the same unit here in the UK with not much luck.
I found this.... Chord Dual phantom power supply
http://chord.avsl.com/product/173.077UK
I bought a XLR to a 3.5mm jack plug.
But when the Chord is turned on and phantom power applied to both 12v or 48v. with 48v the light on the mic lights up. But no sound is heard from the microphone.
Did I buy the wrong thing?
