Hi all. I've recently been looking at a new pair of IEM's, and can't quite decide which are for me. At first I looked at models such as the Denon AH-C700 (I'm told the C751 is identical but comes with a few accessories - is this correct?), then I heard good things about the Shure SE310's. More recently I started looking at higher budget things, namely the Shure SE530's and the Sennheiser IE 8's. So, my question is, assuming I listen mostly to metal (at abnormally low volumes 
) which of these would you recommend? Are there any others you'd suggest? If I'm running an iPod Touch without an amp, will the higher end models I mentioned be worth it, or will the sound quality be bottlenecked by the device, rendering high end models useless? Will all these models survive being wrapped around my iPod and put in my pocket for some years?
