It’s twice a year. I’m working on organizing another one in late July. I’ll post the date once I confirm with the venue.

I skipped last mid last year's and then, came back from a vacation and thought I missed the one for this year

No problem. Best way to make sure you don’t miss it is to either join the discord or follow the organizer (me) on Eventbrite as I use them for managing capacity through the free tickets.

Unlikely. It’s difficult to get a venue for a reasonable price which is also close to available parking for everyone to bring their gear and then also close enough to an airport for any manufacturers to want to come in. SJ and Oakland are the best suited with those requirements. However, I am looking into maybe some mini meets in SF but that’s not a near term thing. If you have any suggestions, I’m open to them. But since this is a side thing for me, I don’t spend hours and hours looking for new venues. But if anyone can suggest something, I’ll take it into account.
