Don't even bring Bond into this, he can beat anyone. Because he doesn't have to always win his hand-to-hand fights -- he's got style on his side. And he speaks foreign languages far better than Jason Bourne, let alone Jack Bauer. Not to mention James Bond doesn't have to fight his own government all the time the way Bauer and Bourne do. And he gets multiple body updates, so he never gets old. Kind of like Doctor Who. Speaking of whom... do aliens count?

And for the record, the recent "Casino Royale" movie was a James Blonde movie, not a James Bond movie so it doesn't count. I'm talking about Sean Connery and Roger Moore here.
