You'll be fine. Think of it this way: the headphones aren't going to add bass where there isn't any. To be safe, check reviews for those JVC's and look for reports of muddy reproduction.
Try the T-Peos H-100. It's good for dubstep, house, electro, trance type of music. It has good bass but little mids (but mine is only burned-in for less than 20 hours). The E212 I got for review has very good bass and mids but doesn't have the treble extensions of the H-100. The E212 is a very good value IEM. The Hippo VB also has very good bass and comes with bass plates so that you can adjust the bass level to your liking.
